Operations Manager
You are assigned a designated Operations Manager. This will be your right hand person and one point of contact for your MyDeskPal team. Your OM will manage all the moving parts and the team. No need to stress, your OM has you covered!
Creative Deal Structure
Our team is knowledgeable on creative deal structures.
We can manage Sub2 (obtain loan authorization, mortgage statement, payoff statement and online access from seller) and Sub3 structures. We can help manage speaking with the seller and mortgage companies.
Transaction Coordination
Our team steps in to help the transaction process with the title company. Handling all communication with title company from the time of contract to close.
We are trained to find local agents for Comparative Marketing Analysis, obtain photos from seller and order inspection.
Listing Management
Whether you list with an agent or list on third-party sites for Owner Financing, we can handle it.
Facebook Management

Administration
We are experienced in handling administrative tasks for Real Estate Investors. These tasks may include paying Bills (utilities, mortgages, lawn care, insurance, etc.), Communicating with Mortgage companies, and Finding/scheduling contractors (Lawncare, Subcontractors, Inspectors).
CRM Management
Our team is ready to jump in and use whatever CRM you already have in place. We are well-versed in many CRM systems. We also have our own custom project management tool that allows the team to stay internally organized. We make sure the ball is not dropped.
Email Support
Our team is ready to manage your business’ support email, keeping it organized and ensuring emails are answered promptly. Your Operations Manager acts as a liaison between agents, title companies, buyers, sellers, and any other parties involved in the process.
Scheduled Meetings
You will meet weekly or bi-weekly with your Operations Manager. During these meetings, you will cover updates on all properties and create a strategic plan for the operations of your business.
Property Management
Set up and manage utilites, insurance and other monthly bills. Cancelling services after close.
Managing seasonal lawn care: Finding Lawn service, verifying job was completed and paying invoices. Paying Underlying Mortgage.
